1. To receive an application to this camp, please have your coach send in the Coach's Referral Form. Coaches begin to send in referrals in early December.
2. Once we receive your coach's list we will send out an application. Campers then fill out the application and return.
3. After application is received, campers will receive a registration packet with all forms needed for camp (*forms also available on line).
4. We have limited space and once camp is full we will no longer send out applications. Enrollment for New England Top 150 is on a first come, first serve basis.
